About Us:
John Welsh, MCP, MCSA
John has had extensive experience in designing
and deploying networks and web applications for
a broad variety of organizations in the business
and academic world. He has held executive
and ownership positions in
many business sectors, as well as teaching and lecturing
positions at all levels of education. With
this leadership, John provides the center of
character for John Welsh & Associates, through
his ability to listen to clients and quickly
grasp business processes. John brings the
flexibility to manage projects of all sizes and
empower organizations to meet their business,
accountability, and professional goals.
Levin Conway
Levin has experience in designing, developing,
integrating, deploying, and supporting database,
client/server, and web applications.
Proficient in Microsoft and Oracle technologies,
he serves as a System Analyst for the City
of Kent, where he has helped achieve statewide
recognition for organizational excellence
through performance measurement, standards
development, and accountability. Levin's
experience rounds out the development team at
John Welsh & Associates, where he believes that
the ultimate goal of technology is to serve the
primary business goals, regardless of vendor
platform or client proficiency, and that
organizations of any size can benefit from
business process improvement strategies.
Justin Valverde, MCP, MCSA, CCNA, A+, CET
Justin brings specialized experience to John
Welsh & Associates in troubleshooting PC
software and hardware, and installing and
configuring network servers. He recently
completed an Associate's Degree in advanced
technology and computer science at Bates
Technical College, where he gained hands-on
experience working with Cisco routing equipment
and Microsoft server software. Justin
currently works for American Computer and
Communication Technology in Lakewood, WA, where
he interacts with a wide variety of customers on
a daily basis, from home users to small
businesses and academic institutions.
Justin's goal with John Welsh & Associates is to
support an environment in which individuals and
businesses can work efficiently today, while
creating the infrastructure that promotes growth
and adaptability in the ever-changing
marketplace of tomorrow.
